For PiShop, the bot will use the websites "Pay Later" option to allow you to place a pending order that lasts a week. During this week, you'll have to contact customer support to make arrangements for payment. This method is faster, as you do not have to deal with any payment encrypting/processing.

The bot will automatically detect .CA or .US links and will adjust accordingly

Task Settings

Product Link

This is the link for the product. PiShop uses the direct link for monitoring as it's the main way to monitor for stock.

PiShop links to run for can be found in the Discord's #links-to-run channel

Captcha Type

Monitor Delay

This is the delay (in seconds) between checking stock. I've never really had an issue getting rate limited, but I probably wouldn't go less than 5-7 without proxies.

Error Delay

This is the delay (in seconds) it waits after an error (failed to parse stock, bad request, etc.) is thrown to try again. I usually do 8-10

Quantity

PiShop tasks allow for quantities more than 1. However, these can't be used to bypass quantity limits. Additionally, if the stock is lower than your set quantity (ie A 1 stock restock and your quantity is set to 3) the task will fail to cart.

Captcha

During the checkout process, a captcha will have to be solved in order to submit the checkout. Even with signing in, it does not negate the need for a checkout, unlike Sparkfun.

There are currently 3 methods that you can select when creating the task:

Manual Harvester

Using the manual harvester, a small browser will appear, with a captcha box awaiting to be solved. Upon solving, it will automatically send to the task. If more than 1 task needs a captcha, then it will send to the first task that requested it. You can use that one solver to solve captchas for multiple PiShop tasks that require a task. This is useful if you only plan on running the bot while you are at the computer.

2Captcha/CapMonster

These two sites are both paid services that you can use to have your captchas solved for you. This is useful if you don't plan on being on your computer while the bot is running. On average, these tend to be slower than solving the captcha yourself via the manual harvester, but are still better than nothing, especially if you plan on running the bot 24/7

This is where you select which captcha harvesting method to used. More info can be found below in

It will automatically use the designated key that you saved in the page.
